We are sometimes given the wrong information about who we are and as result of this misinformation bondage and fear occurs in our hearts and mind. The Lord tells us to fear not and to trust Him and to be not discouraged or dismayed, but how do we do this when our hearts and minds get so amped up?
I have found, by the grace of God, teachings that have helped me grow out of fears and despair and would be more than happy to share what I have learned and also learn from you.
God gives us His word to renew our minds. Renewing our mind means that we begin to see ourselves as God sees us.
Renewing our minds can start with simply memorizing and repeating the same Bible verse over and over again. We can repeat a verse under our breath at our desk, while jogging, driving and etc…just do it! His word is life to our flesh…this means that if someone is sick…His word heals them. If someone is weak it gives strength in the time of need and for enjoying every day life.
Let God’s word perform surgery in your life removing all negative thoughts and images of yourself that the enemy of your soul has helped to create!
Let’s let the living word of God minister to our hearts in our areas of need.
The purpose of this information is to bring us closer to our Lord Jesus Christ, because the closer we are to Him the fuller the manifestation of the life He died to give us becomes. It does not matter who we are, where we come from, how strong we think we are physically or how much money we have in the bank when it comes to tapping into the power God gives. What matters is the fact that Jesus loves us, He died for us and He rose from the dead for and as us.
Best Practices:
*Please remember, simply speaking scripture will bring about change because as long as you speak… your faith in Jesus’ faith can grow. Why? Because God’s word will not return to Him void (Isaiah 55:11). The more you speak the personal application statements, the more powerful your belief becomes. You will have what you speak.
God is giving you life right now. Listen with your heart
Thus saith the Lord:
I have a specific plan for your life right now. Listen with your heart – I have plans to prosper you and not to harm you (Jeremiah 29:11:13). No harm will overtake you (Psalm 91:9-10) no matter what…for I Myself command the blessing over you (Deuteronomy 28:8) in this very moment…no one can undo this…not even you!
Let’s look at the exhortation again:
I have a specific plan for your life right now. Listen with your heart – I have plans to prosper you and not to harm you. No harm will overtake you no matter what…for I Myself command the blessing over you in this very moment…no one can undo this…not even you!
God has a specific plan for your life that He wants to manifest for you. Jeremiah 29:11 says- For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. This is His heart for you. How do you experience this promise in your everyday life? You experience it by repeating it until you actually believe it because believing it brings peace…God’s shalom (peace). When you have peace, the Holy Spirit has material to use to make your godly dreams come true.
No harm will overtake you. Psalm 91:9-10 says – If you say, “The Lord is my refuge,” and you make the Most High your dwelling, no harm will overtake you, no disaster will come near your tent. Who is stronger or more powerful than God? The answer is no one or thing can be so. God is the beginning and the end, there is no person or thing greater. This is just a fact that you must come to believe and repeating scripture with an honest desire to have faith will produce what is needed.
I command the blessing over you. Deuteronomy 28: says- The Lord will command the blessing upon you in your barns and in all that you put your hand to, and He will bless you in the land which the Lord your God gives you. The Bible is inspired by God’s Holy Spirit. Every word of it is from the Lord Himself written out by the hand of man under the anointing of The Holy Spirit. This is a truth that you must come to terms with and God knows how to get you there…all you need is a willing heart once your saved and He’ll develop everything else. After all, He is the Author and finisher of the faith which includes your faith in Him!
You are a spirit being connected to the Spirit of God through the blood of Christ Jesus. Being saved by the blood of Jesus means that you are seated in Him at the right hand of power over all of the universe.
No disease, or addiction, or financial lack, or emotional or psychological anguish exists in Christ…at all. He is completely whole and full of life in every way. He has also given you everything pertaining to life and godliness.
If you are feeling unprotected or afraid, dismayed or defeated the right passage from God’s word can set you free and give you His shalom (peace). With God’s word in your mouth and heart there’s no victory you cannot manifest.
